The Custom Process

    Step 1: Share Your Vision

    Fill out the custom project form below and tell us what you’re dreaming up, whether it's a reimagined heirloom, a one-of-a-kind gift, or something just for you.

    Step 2: Studio Consultation

    We’ll book a 30-minute appointment at our Capitol Hill studio (weekdays, 10 AM–6 PM). You’ll share your ideas in person, get a rough estimate, and see where the magic happens at the jeweler’s bench.

    Step 3: Custom Quote

    After our chat, we’ll send you a detailed quote with everything you need to know; timeline, materials, and total cost, so you know exactly what to expect.

    Step 4: Approve & Begin

    Once you're ready, you’ll place a deposit to kick things off. From there, we’ll start transforming your ideas into a handmade piece you’ll love.

    Step 5: Design in Motion

    Your custom jewelry will be handcrafted with care. Most projects take 4–8 weeks depending on the design. We’ll keep you in the loop with progress updates along the way.

    Step 6: The Big Reveal

    When it’s ready, we’ll set up a time for you to come pick up your finished piece. You’ll get a full walkthrough, care tips, and we’ll wrap things up with final payment.
